This beautiful Harpoceras is a classic zonal fossil and is preserved in solid calcite displaying wonderful sutures. Many hours of preparation have been spent on this high quality ammonite by Andy Cowap. Display ammonites of this calibre from this locality are very rare indeed. A very good aquisition for either the collector of an interior designer. Approximately 180 million years old.
