description
This is a super rare fossil and the only one we have personally ever seen. The specimen is of the closing and opening apparatus of the jaws of a nautilus often referred to as a "beak". The specimen was found in the Oxford Clay of Peterborough and is beautifully preserved. This is a unique opportunity to own a very rare fossil.
