Preserved on this piece of Jurassic seabed is a multitude of various fossils consisting of Strigoceras, prorsisphinctes a Gastropod, two Molluscs and a beautifully preserved Belmnite (Passaloteuthis) guard. These specimens take a large amount of time to prepare. A fine addition to any collection.
This is a very good example of this most rare and sought after large Gastropod from the world famous Barton Beds of Barton. These Gastropods are so fragile they are very rarely preserved however, this is a very large example. One for the serious collector of fine Gastropods.
