From the Isle of Sheppey comes this very sharp, crisp, sharks tooth of high quality. The specimen has a naturally worn tip however, the side cusps are exceptionally well preserved. A beautiful example.
From an old Victorian collection, comes this marvellous telson of this large Silurian Sea Scorpion. These sea scorpions (Eurypterids),were formidable predators in the warm seas that covered this area. Examples such as this are rarely offered for sale and mainly come from old collections. A classic specimen from a world famous locality.
Collected in September 1984 is this extremely fine and well preserved Plesiosaur vertebra. From the Faringdon Sponge Beds the vertebrate remains are usually very worn but not in this case. The spedcimen has a wonderful orange patina which adds to the interest.
