Having been collecting over a 30 year period at this location, very few plants have been found. The main reason is that it is a marine deposit so fossilisation of plants is rare. This is a fine example having good detail and is one for the collector.
Peserved on a squared block of matrix is this rare plant frond which has been collected from a marine deposit. The Permian Marls are more famous for its fossil fish. A very nice addition to any collection.

A great amount of time and patience has gone into preparing probably the finest crab we at Fossils Direct have had to offer from this very well known and popular location. The underbelly has been fabulously preerved showing many fabulous features such as walking legs and mouth. The abdominal region determines the sex, which in this case is a large male. The crab just looks like it has crawled out of the sea and resting. A fantastic and rare opportunity to own such a fine specimen.
